SUMMARY

System: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm) 12 (x86_64)
Fresh install of Debian 12 (testing). If I run <apper>  I  can NOT install any (choosed) package due to message by
apper:
... you cannot afford the correct permission ...
For me it seems to be an authentication problem (because of NO authentic.window opens !)




OBSERVED RESULT
no authentication possible to install packages. 

EXPECTED RESULT
choose package to be ready for installation - then ask for authentication (root password) - then install package
