How often do you end up accidentally hibernating and how are you accidentally triggering it? IMHO it's not needed. It is reversible, just slower. We're slowing everyone else down for an edge case. And making it an option doesn't really work, it's the sort of option you'd only want retroactively and just for that one time. It has the same probability of being accidentally clicked as "Shutdown" and "Restart" via Kickoff. And personally I use "Hibernate" much more than "Shutdown" or "Sleep", so clicking on it can happen much more often, and sometimes we want to finish undone/minor tasks before forcing hibernating, so it's useful to have a confirmation dialog to be sure and avoid any fast clicking.
