STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two application windows with the layout set to half screen (vertical divider) each, auto tile.
2. Close one of the application Windows.
3. Do some action to cause a screen redraw.

OBSERVED RESULT
The first app window is full screen. Once the second window is opened they both shrink to half screen. When one of the windows is closed, the other doesn't expand to fit the full screen until there is some action to cause a screen redraw (new dialog window opens, switching between desktops).

EXPECTED RESULT
As soon as one window closes, the tiling manager should resize the remaining windows.
