SUMMARY
***
The option `System Settings > Window Management > Window Behavior > Advanced  > When activating a window on a different desktop` does not work.
Whether i set it to `Switch to that Virtual Desktop` or another, and then run `xdg-open .` the exist dolphin window will move to current virtual desktop.
`xdg-open https://google.com`, `xdg-open .`,  `XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=X-Generic xdg-open .` and `XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=KDE xdg-open .` are tested.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set `System Settings > Window Management > Window Behavior > Advanced  > When activating a window on a different desktop` to `Switch to that Virtual Desktop`. Check `Open new folders in tabs` in dolphin.
2. Open a dolphin window.
3. Switch to another desktop.
4. Run `xdg-open .`

OBSERVED RESULT
It will be switched to the desktop which holds the dolphin window.

EXPECTED RESULT
The dolphin window would be moved to the current desktop.
