STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete a file (you forgot was open in Okular)
2. Restart your computer
3. Okular loads and will crash because XXX file no longer exists

OBSERVED RESULT

Okular crashes with message and bug trace that is not usable


EXPECTED RESULT

Using a try/catch block or something similar, if an opened tab no longer exists, Okular will not crash and may report that the file could not be found but will load the other tab(s) from the previous session

okular 1.3.2 is ancient, please try a newer version.
