Description K6 de Dijon 2023-04-03 23:52:01 UTC
Hello,

When I plug in my Samsung SM-G935F smartphone via USB, the connection window offers me to forget my Dolphin file browser.
I then have the following message in Dolphin:
"Error code 150 unknown
Wrong settings
Please send a detailed bug report to https://bugs.kde.org."

I am running Debian 11 with KDE plasma 5.20.5
KDE framawork 5.78.0
QT 5.15.2
linux kernel 5.10.0-21-amd64
64-bit system

Processors: 4x Intel Core i3-4160 CPU 3.6 GHz
RAM: 3.7 GB
Graphics Processor: Mesa DRI Intel HD Graphics 4400

I had a good look in my packages and I have the following packages installed:
libmtp-common
libmtp9
libmtp-dev
libmtp-runtime
mtp-tools

How do I access the photos and files on my smartphone?

Thank you for your possible answers.

Cassis

I also experience the same issue. To get the pictures/vidéos, I use Gwenview. For the other files, I have no solution so far. My smartphone is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 with Android 12 SKQ1.211103.001.

I get this error with a Nikon camera.
