OBSERVED RESULT
The resulting file shows the warning "The following clips are not usable for editing" when clicking the "transcode to edit-friendly format" button again.

EXPECTED RESULT
The resulting file does not show the "The following clips are not usable for editing" warning as the file is already in an edit-friendly format.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not sure if this is a UI bug, or if the video is genuinely in a non-edit friendly format. After replacing the file the first time, timeline scrubbing performance improved drastically. Does the UI assume that the 'transcode to edit-friendly format' dialog only appears when the clip is in a non-edit-friendly format and forgets that it can be triggered manually?

transcoding to an edit-friendly format a second time produced this file:
