When in Details View mode in Dolphin, folders which can be expanded do not display an indicator.
The folder can still be expanded/collapsed by clicking on the empty space where the indicator user should be.
This seems to have happened with my most recent update, and I have confirmed that changing Application Style and Colors schemes that it seems consistent regardless of this.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Dolphin's Details View Mode to Folders:Expandable = Checked
2. Visit a location with subfolders and select Details View

OBSERVED RESULT
Folders do not show an indicator to distinguish those that can be expanded (or collapsed).
Clicking the space where the indicator used to be will still expand/collapse.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be an indicator displayed for any folder that contains files or subfolders
