If you prefer "minimize all" to "peek at desktop", you're welcome to use that widget instead. Right-click on "peek at desktop" > "Alternatives" > "Minimize all". If you don't like icons on the desktop, you're welcome to simply not put any icons there, or switch the desktop from "Folder" mode to "Desktop" mode. If you prefer an environment that prohibits putting icons on the desktop in the first place, I might recommend GNOME. |
