STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Using plasma (wayland session) with lots of windows open for an extended period of time, resizing and tiling windows regularly.
No idea how *specifically* to reproduce it, with my type of use-case chances of the bug appearing are possibly higher

OBSERVED RESULT
Window decorations of random applications seem to resize incorrectly with window, borders are not affected, but the drawn content inside a window decoration area seems to be resized wrongly. Seemingly any window can be affected by this.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux distro: Endeavour OS (arch-based)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.104.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ill also upload a video so its clearer how it looks.
Not only resizing by width is affected. Resizing by height stretches the decoration vertically.
