Currently tools such as the konsole part and the webpage inspection are shown at the bottom. Given that usually screens are wider than taller, it would be good to have an option to show them vertically (right/left side). 

The original discussion started in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=467701, which includes a workaround for the terminal location (horizontal vs. vertical, meaning bottom and left respectively).
