After filter on tags already assigned has been enabled and subsequently disabled the list Captions | Tags is no longer in alphabetical order. The first tag remains the first one with filter enabled and anything above it goes below the end.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a number of images with some tags assigned
2. Switch on tags already assigned. As expected the tag list now only contains tags already assigned
3. Switch of tags already assigned.

OBSERVED RESULT
The first tag in the list remains the first tag in the filtered list, for example "Content", although the tag list contains "Camera". "Camera" appears below the last tag

EXPECTED RESULT
Tags shown in alphabetical order, "Camera"before "Content"
