There are a couple of strings in the digikam PO/POT files:

"Add Localize config panel in Setup/Misc for digiKam and Showfoto."
"Add Spellcheck config panel in Setup/Misc for digiKam and Showfoto."

repectively in 'core/app/views/stack/welcomepageview.cpp:160' and 'core/app/views/stack/welcomepageview.cpp:158'

Problem is that there is no menuitem labelled "Setup/Misc" or "Setup" and "Misc", there is "Miscellaneous" but no "Setup" (or "&Setup"). So I think there's some confusion going on here. Can't see those menuitems coming over from Localize either.

1. Take a look in any recent PO-file in the repo, search for the strings above.
