Broken reconciliation messages don't make sense for portfolio accounts as the total balance is based on the exchange rate to the base currency.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reconcile a portfolio account.
2. Download/update units values
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Message warning of broken reconciliation

EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing. If the units in the portfolio account remain the same, there should not be any warning, even if the counter-value in the base currency changed.
