STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a window
2. Click and hold the the left mouse button eg on the "close" icon in the titlebar
3. Move the mouse, while holding the left mouse button down, outside of the window

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor changes into a resize-cursor but that has no effect otherwise. Nothing is resized.

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor stays normal and? the icon becomes deselected.
