@Geoff, digikam 8.2.0 pre-release have been rebuilt using last Qt 5.15.11 + KDE 5.110 frameworks. Installer is available at usual place : https://files.kde.org/digikam/ Can reproduce the problem with this version? Thanks in advance Gilles Caulier Hi. It seems to be the same as before. I need to be aware that some files can be "Locked" and go into Finder > Right Click File > Get Info, to change that so they can be moved. (In reply to Geoff King from comment #2) > Hi. It seems to be the same as before. I need to be aware that some files > can be "Locked" and go into Finder > Right Click File > Get Info, to change > that so they can be moved. forgot to mention this is with the latest, 8.2.0 prerelease, Build date: 10/19/23 on MacBook M2 with 13.6 (22G120). @Geoff Please try the new 8.5.0 pre-release PKG installer for MacOS Silicon (arm64) available here: https://files.kde.org/digikam/ Thanks in advance Gilles Caulier Created attachment 173979 [details] attachment-141810-0.html Hi, Yes I think it is the same as before. Locked files do not have metadata saved and they cannot be moved using digikam. No indication in GUI that it is locked. I also found this explanation of Locked for Mac: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/lock-a-document-on-mac-mchlp1342/mac Tested on MacOS 14.6.1 M2 chip. digiKam-8.5.0-20240922T070510-Qt6-MacOS-arm64 Thanks, Geoff On Tue, Sep 17, 2024 at 8:15 AM <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> wrote: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=467528 > > --- Comment #4 from caulier.gilles@gmail.com --- > @Geoff > > Please try the new 8.5.0 pre-release PKG installer for MacOS Silicon > (arm64) > available here: > > https://files.kde.org/digikam/ > > Thanks in advance > > Gilles Caulier > > -- > You are receiving this mail because: > You reported the bug. |
