Deleting file error

SUMMARY
As per suggestion in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=459545#c16, I'm opening another issue related to the topic of not being able to delete files from trash with Dolphin, even after Frameworks update to 5.104.
The message is the same and incidentally I also reproduced it successfully on my Manjaro virtual machine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete file
2. Open trash
3. Select removed file and press Delete

OBSERVED RESULT
The error as seen on attachment is observed.

EXPECTED RESULT
File is permanently deleted.

I decided to try to reproduce this issue inside a virtual machine, so I downloaded the latest Manjaro Plasma ISO, installed it, changed branch to unstable and updated all packages.
And that resulted in the same error, which is pretty interesting because it happened on basically fresh system.
