Also happens on Kdenlive version 23.04.3 however it does work on 22.04.3 which means this is a regression. Operating system: Windows 11 Kdenlive Version: 23.04.3 See the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPh1zd5YmOY It's also important to note that the crash on my system happened using video from a DJI Mavic 3 drone. This original bug was caused using video from a DJI Action Cam 3 which means there is something across DJI videos that Kdenlive is not able to handle. Git commit 04bbb2200e23cba1e956a69832826a6fbd859535 by Jean-Baptiste Mardelle. Committed on 08/08/2023 at 10:39. Pushed by mardelle into branch 'release/23.08'. Fix crash tring to import DJI image stream FIXED-IN: 23.08.0 M +3 -0 src/bin/bin.cpp M +2 -2 src/doc/kthumb.cpp M +0 -14 src/jobs/cliploadtask.cpp M +20 -0 src/mltcontroller/clipcontroller.cpp https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/commit/04bbb2200e23cba1e956a69832826a6fbd859535 This has been fixed in 23.08.0. This was tested on Windows 11 and I was able to import and use footage from my DJI Mavic 3 drone which cased the crash before. |
