STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kdenlive
2. add a .mp4 video to the project
3. crash

Also happens on  Kdenlive version 23.04.3 however it does work on 22.04.3 which means this is a regression.

It's also important to note that the crash on my system happened using video from a DJI Mavic 3 drone.  This original bug was caused using video from a DJI Action Cam 3 which means there is something across DJI videos that Kdenlive is not able to handle.

This has been fixed in 23.08.0.  This was tested on Windows 11 and I was able to import and use footage from my DJI Mavic 3 drone which cased the crash before.
