SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch spectacle.
2. Click "Configure".
3. Select "While Spectacle is running" -> "Press screenshot key to" -> "Open a new Spectacle window".
4. Close spectacle.
5. Press "print screen".
6. In the spectacle window that pops up, click "Annotate".
7. Press "print screen" again.

OBSERVED RESULT
Opens a new spectacle window **with the old screenshot** that's being annotated in the previous window.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should open a new spectacle window with a snapshot of the screen at the moment I pressed the print screen button.

Cannot reproduce with the 22.12 version. At step 7, I get a new window with the correct contents.
