STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
There's no way to disable system notification sounds.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a way to disable system sounds.

What sound backend are you using? PulseAudio or PipeWire or something else? If it's PulseAudio or PipeWire, can you install and launch the "PulseAudio Volume Control" app and go to the "Playback" tab and see if there's an entry for "System Sounds"?

Yes, there is System Sounds. I'm using PipeWire.

So you're missing the "Notification Sounds" item in the Audio Volume page in System Settings. Weird.

After upgrading to KDE Frameworks 5.104.0 the setting is here again.
