Any shortcut using my scroll wheel, such as zooming in/out and panning the canvas, becomes unresponsive after certain Windows 10 menus/popups are displayed. These include: Start menu, notifications tab, taskbar calendar/clock menu, and the projection settings menu. This will occur if any of these menus are accessed through any means, such as the taskbar or through keyboard shortcuts. It will also occur regardless of a tablet being plugged in or not.

This issue has been occurring for quite a while and in previous versions of Krita (< 5.0), though I have only recently determined how to reproduce it.

Could you please test the latest nightly builds of Krita if this bug is still actual? We had multiple attempts to fix bugs like that since then
