SUMMARY
cannot defloat panes (ssh manager/quick commands)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open konsole
2. enable ssh manager plugin
3. drag out the ssh manager from side pane
4. try to defloat the ssh manager
OBSERVED RESULT
cannot defloat panes (ssh manager/quick commands)


EXPECTED RESULT
can drag to defloat the ssh manager

konsole's issue has been fixed in plasma6 while labplot's issue hasn't
