SUMMARY
to put it simply the pen pressure was working on the wacom driver but krita doesn't detect it even tho the pen pressure in the tool bar was turned on. I have also reinstalled krita but still doesn't work

It's been a few weeks since I last used krita to draw, there was also quite a few update on my graphics driver and other drivers as well tho I'm not sure if that was related but well, I hope this helps

This simply is not a bug in Krita, but a misconfiguration in your system. And this is a bug tracker: a place where people can report issues in Krita. It is not a user support forum. krita-artists.org is our user support forums and there are more people over there who can help you fix your system. 

In fact, krita does not contain any code for interacting with tablets, all of that is done at a lower level.
