UPDATE: This bug only manifests when running at 1920x1200 resolution. When running at 1920x1080p the desktop behaves much more normally. So it is related to the aspect ratio. Any updates on a fix? This bug is very annoying and screens with taller aspect ratios are now more common. I'm afraid we can't reproduce nor think of anything our side which could be relevant to this. There isn't enough information to do anything actionable. Please confirm if the framerate and scale is the same and only the resolution seems to make a difference. Is any other process using CPU? Are there any logs in journald that look relevant? Can you also include the output of `weston-simple-egl` and waiting for 10 seconds to produce output Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
