I use Lenovo ideapad flex 5 which is touchscreen laptop with stylus. I use dual monitor set up. Everytime I logged in I have to remap my touchscreen area.

I'm seeing the same bug on git-master
Laptop display: 1920 x 1080 @ 100%
External LG monitor: 3440 x 1440 @ 100%

I do *not* see the bug on a Dell XPS 9710 connected to a 3440 x 1440 monitor @ 100%
