Image of Dolphin with mis-resized Titlebar

SUMMARY
I recently updated my system to the new Plasma 5.27.1 and began noticing issues with the Titlebars of applications.
A few minutes after boot, the Titlebar stops being resized correctly when I resize its window.
Directly after boot or resume this does not occur.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot ArchLinux with Plasma 5.27.1
2. Wait 15 minutes
3. Open Dolphin
4. Resize Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
The Window resizes correctly, but its Titlebar does not.

EXPECTED RESULT
That both the Window and Titlebar resize correctly.
