po/pt/docs/kcontrol/kcmsmserver/index.docbook uses the deprecated &kdm; entity.

Please remove this usage

Hi,

For pt_BR docs the best/fast thing to do is just remove the docbooks with deprecated entities. This is because they are so old that no one finished translating the updated docbook in ~8 years.
