SUMMARY
The ibus-panel widget offers "Quit" in right-click menu.  If selected, file selector filename input, search queries, new Vault names, and similar KDE text fields will not accept any entry.  This can be reversed by the user restarting ibus-daemon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select "Quit" right-click option of ibus-panel widget
2. attempt to enter filename in any file open dialog box

OBSERVED RESULT
keystrokes are ignored

EXPECTED RESULT
keystrokes should be accepted
