STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install last stable 2.2.0 version for Windows on Windows 7.
2. Install OpenSSL (optional)
3. Open Marble and try to zoom in any map.

OBSERVED RESULT
Blurry, low res maps for all of them.

EXPECTED RESULT
Standard, acceptable quality maps when zooming in.

Installed OpenSSL just in case  it was the cause of the problem, and got no results.
