SUMMARY
*** I have a second screen. When Manjaro is opened it is perfectly visible but once inside the system there is no way to activate it.
It recognizes it but it is never seen.
The second screen is a HP w2558hc

Multi-monitor handling was re-done in Plasma 5.27 to fix issues such as this one. Please update to 5.27 as soon as your distro offers it to you. Version 5.26 is unfortunately no longer eligible for support or maintenance.
