When using rpmlint on the built package, the following error is brought up:

kde-inotify-survey.x86_64: E: communication not allowed /usr/share/dbus-1/system.d/org.kde.kded.inotify.conf

I noticed that file is not in the sources, so I'm guessing it's generated along the way. That error is also ambiguous, so I opened an issue upstream for rpmlint: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpmlint/issues/1008#issuecomment-1443989082

Can you elaborate what the problem is and what the fix for it is?

I'm going to close this bug, it ended up being a problem in another kde component (The dbus config kde-inotify-survey uses is a template) which I submitted a PR for, I just forgot to close this.
