SUMMARY
I can't seem to make Teradici show the global menu for a long time.  The menu does work if there's no global menu present or the button on the title bar is present.
The button mode in the global menu doesn't work either
In addition, the menu is inaccessible when global menu is present.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add the global menu in a panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Global menu doesn't stay too long, and can be used if fast enough.
Local menu doesn't work as well, unless global menu was removed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu should remain present,

This VM doesn't have a global menu enabled, and it shows that the local menu of Teradici being accessible.

Would it be possible for the panel to reveal itself using the screen edge feature?

Sorta like the panel auto-hide.

I tested it out, and it doesn't work on full screen applications
