SUMMARY
For https://invent.kde.org/libraries/perceptualcolor/ there is currently still no German translation (at least with the last script-kiddy update there was none). Anyway, it is not necessary to do a new translation from scratch. Attached to this issue, there is a complete translation file, which I did uses during the development of the library.

Small change: Copyright cannot be translated as Urheberrecht, since these are two different legal constructs.
