i update my version of kdenlive to the newest version, i think. i opened kdenlive and the effect tab was white
the effect tab has no effects only a white screen

You may be missing a module. Run this in a terminal window: sudo apt-get install -y qml-module-org-kde-kcm Fixed it for me (on Pop!_OS 22.04)
