SUMMARY

It seems that the RSS feed found on the announcement page (https://kde.org/zh-cn/announcements/) pushes unscaled images to news readers. Akregator and Thunderbird presented in the attached screenshots.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open Akregator.
2. Add news feed via https://kde.org/zh-cn/index.xml.
3. Click on the "Plasma 5.27" item.

OBSERVED RESULT

Images are not scaled and huge, making news feeds unreadable.

EXPECTED RESULT

Images should be scaled as they were on the website.

Confirmed for akregator 6.0.2 (24.02.2).

(switched Product to akregator)

Resizing images in Akregator is already tracked in another report, merging the two.
