STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Run uninstall.exe as Admin
2. error: "You have Attempting to perform the InitializeDefaultDrives operation on the 'FileSystem”provider failed."
3. Stuck in a loop need to click cancel

OBSERVED RESULT
Stuck on Uninstall

EXPECTED RESULT
Uninstall the App

Problem solved after restarting.

Why was this marked as "not a bug"? Why is the installer not working before restarting?
