STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open the program
2. try to make a screenshot

OBSERVED RESULT
Sign: "Failed to create a screenshot. Report this error"

EXPECTED RESULT
Make a screenshot

Cannot reproduce in 23.04. TBH, we probably shouldn't have had a message in the UI to tell people to report this kind of thing because it encouraged users to make a lot of duplicate bug reports with very little info since the app didn't say much about why it didn't work.
