SUMMARY

After installation of v1.10.0, noticed that in the menu Help -> About KDiff3, the version indicated is 1.9.70. I doubled-checked that installation file is definitely for v1.10.0.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDiff3 v.1.10.0 from binary kdiff3-1.10.0-windows-cl-64.exe (downloaded from https://download.kde.org/stable/kdiff3/?C=M;O=D)
2. Open the application
3. Navigate to top menu Help -> About KDiff3
4. Notice that version indicated 1.9.70

OBSERVED RESULT
Version indicated 1.9.70

EXPECTED RESULT
Version indicated 1.10.0

That should be fixed in the next release forgot to update the number.
