SUMMARY
I would like a tiling layout that divides the real estate on my super ultrawide (32:9) into 3 equal zones. Currently there's only a 3 zone layout where the middle zone is larger than the other two. While this is useful in some cases, I really prefer 3 equal zones for coding related tasks. The two smaller zones on either side is too small for reading documentation, and the center zone is too wide for coding. Windows 11 provides such a layout and I really miss it whenever I am in Linux.

Btw, thanks for implementing the custom tiling feature! It's really awesome and useful, just needs a few small tweaks.

We have the custom tiling feature as you noted which has everything you want.
We are slowly blending this with the snap-tiling and making this more available.

I am not sure why this was marked as resolved fixed. The custom tiling feature does not currently offer 3 equal zones in the "Load Layout" dialog and there's no way to split a region by an odd number of zones. This should be reopened.

Manually dragging to create 3 zones is cumbersome and imprecise.

Oh I see, sorry I misunderstood the feature request.
