This is my first bug report so hopefully it isn't too bad.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load plasma, Scaled display 150%
2. Panel has white border that sometimes flickers

OBSERVED RESULT
White border around plasma panel. It sometimes flickers. Also effects the sides of tooltips and the top of the plasma application menu.

EXPECTED RESULT
A plasma panel with no border, plasma panel draws shadow.

Linux/KDE Plasma:

Qt Version: 5.15.8

Display: 2256x1504 @ 150%, 60Hz

Forgot to mention this is on wayland.
