What is the language you're using Plasma in? You need to use the keyword in your own language. You can find out how to use the different runners by clicking on the question mark button in KRunner and selecting the date and time plugin. This will show you what to type to use the different features. Just saw in the title that you're using Spanish. In that case you need to type "hora japan".
