STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Not sure, maybe:
1. Connect device

OBSERVED RESULT
No bluetooth indicator shown, unable to display it. I have to open bluetooth - system settings to see what's connected.

EXPECTED RESULT
Bluetooth indicator always shown

the bluetooth applet won't be there if the system bluetooth is not running (the line "automatic load")

Can you run:
qdbus --system org.bluez

and print the result

I can't reproduce this in current git master. Can you reproduce it in Plasma 6.3.4 or later?
