STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the hamburger menu (top right)
2. Try to close the hamburger menu by clicking on it
3. Frown

Could you be more specific? I can open and close the hamburger menu by just clicking on it, it even handles double clicks nicely.

I tested this on master and it's fine on master, just seems to be an issue in my installed version which is 23.01.0.
