That's not the default file name; it's showing you the name of an existing file already on disk.

I don't believe that is the case:

That text isn't in the codebase anywhere either. Your screenshot indicates that a file by that name is present in the history of the popup, so at *some* point, you or someone else typed it. :) Whether it exists or not.
