SUMMARY
I was viewing some pictures on google drive (using kio-gdrive). Using any method to go to the next or previous picture results in the picture flashing briefly before returning to Browse Mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a picture from google drive via kio-gdrive
2. Try to go to the previous or next picture

OBSERVED RESULT
The picture gets displayed for a moment, then Browse Mode is displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
The picture gets loaded and stays there

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.102.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This also happens if I manually select a picture from Browse Mode.
After repeating the process a few times it actually works, this seems to happen because the picture stays cached?

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Gwenview 25.08.0?

Unfortunately since kio-gdrive has been broken for several months now it's impossible to check whether this still happens
