How about making remotely normal install for Krusader 2.8.0? Think in terms like .deb, PPA, some script, whatever. I'm pretty much very experienced administrator and developer and I just don't have nerve compiling it. It's a complete mess, I actually tried but I'm not willing to spend whole day chasing gremlins and ghosts. It and it's shame because Krusader is the best. It's so so so frustrating, it's absolutely a fundamental thing. Come on.
