Bug showcase using global menu

SUMMARY
Under certain circumstances, tooltips from plasmoids placed on the desktop will display even when the plasmoid is entirely covered by a window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Create a top panel (it can be empty)
1. Place a plasmoid featuring a tooltip on your desktop (e.g. analog clock), near the top
2. Move a window over the newly created plasmoid
3. Create a context menu from the top panel (I demo it with global menu, but the regular right-click menu works, too)
4. Click outside the context menu to dismiss it, but make sure your cursor is placed above the covered plasmoid

OBSERVED RESULT
The plasmoid's tooltip shows up after the context menu is dismissed, even though it is completely covered.

EXPECTED RESULT
The plasmoid's tooltip does not show up

I'm unable to reproduce this anymore with Plasma 6.5. Looks like it got fixed at some point!
