STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any folder in dolphin
2. menu > Affichage > Style d'affichage de la vue (sorry for french UI here)
3.

Section " Apply view properties to" 
do not appear

I just wanted to adjust my view properties for some folders, remember to have seen this feature in the past but don't find it now. 
A new place for this kind of settings ? a stupid misunderstanding from me ... ?
