SUMMARY
As of version 5.26.90 kcm_flatpak will not show any flatpaks installed with --user and will only work with --system flatpaks


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable the flathub remote or any remote but add it as a user remote with --user
2. install any graphical application using --user

OBSERVED RESULT

observe that no entry will appear in the settings

EXPECTED RESULT

There should be entries for these flatpaks
