SUMMARY
If the user presses the "esc" key, the sidebar is hidden with no way to show it again but closing and opening the application again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press "esc"

OBSERVED RESULT
The sidebar is hidden and cannot be shown again unless the user restart the program.

EXPECTED RESULT
The sidebar is never hidden.

Unable to reproduce on 5.27 beta.
Similar bug on Discover (bug #463763) is also not reproducible on 5.27 beta
